Project Overview
After 2 years of construction, the Pullman Hotel & Resort Quang Binh project officially topped out in 2019 but then had to be temporarily suspended due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Having gone through many difficulties, as well as the complicated developments of the economic crisis in the recent past, the investor has now arranged enough capital to continue construction and complete all items; expected to be completed and put into use in the fourth quarter of 2023.
Project Overview
As a province located in the North Central region with the longest coastline and sand strip in Vietnam with a length of up to 116 km - Quang Binh is known not only for the majestic beauty of its wild nature; it is also known as one of the few localities in the country with a synchronous 5-way transportation network (road, rail, sea and air) with key economic zones in the region.
Located in the East of Bao Ninh peninsula, just 20 minutes drive from Dong Hoi airport, the Pullman branded resort is planned on an area of about 10 hectares (including more than 5 hectares of construction land and 5 hectares of green infrastructure, landscape, coastal beaches and other outdoor entertainment services).

Inspired by the story of the fishing village, the fishing boat of the local fishermen of Bao Ninh peninsula - Pullman Quang Binh has opened up an endless green space for people to blend with nature, every visitor coming here will be able to "touch" and "enjoy" memorable moments. The scale of the hotel block is 283 rooms, 16 floors high; the high-class Villas area includes 13 Standard rooms, 04 Premium rooms, 01 President room; 1,000-seat ballroom, swimming pool, lazy river, club house, green infrastructure and other services.
