QUANG BINH PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE ALLOCATES LAND FOR THE MOVENPICK CENTRAL PROJECT.

The Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee has just made a decision to recover 2,911.6 m2 of land to clear the site for the Hotel and Housing Complex project combined with business – Shophouses. (Movenpick Central).
The People's Committee of Quang Binh Province assigns Viet Group Joint Stock Company to coordinate with the People's Committee of Dong Hai Ward to carry out the compensation and land clearance tasks as per regulations. After the land clearance is completed, Viet Group Joint Stock Company will prepare the application for land allocation and lease in accordance with regulations. The Land Registration Office under the Department of Natural Resources and Environment is responsible for updating the land registry records in accordance with regulations.

Overall project context
Previously, in October 2018, the People's Committee of Quang Binh Province approved the investment project using land in the province for the year 2018. In this decision, the Movenpick Central project was approved with a planned land area of 2,911.6 m².
