Context of the Pullman Luxury Villa Area
The high-end resort bearing the Pullman brand is planned on a land area of approximately 10 hectares (including 5 hectares for project construction and 5 hectares for green infrastructure, landscaping, beach areas, and other outdoor entertainment services). Located on the eastern side of the Bao Ninh Peninsula, Pullman Hotel & Resort Quang Binh is likened to a "golden" stretch of land in the heart of the city, boasting superior geographical advantages with one side bordering the Nhat Le River and the other bordering the East Sea.
Combined with this is a modern architectural style, typical of the new face that is developing day by day in the coastal tourist city of Dong Hoi (Quang Binh). The hotel complex consists of 283 rooms, 16 floors high; the Villas area includes 18 luxury villas, of which 13 are Standard, 4 are Premium, and 1 is a President villa; a 1,000-seat ballroom; a lazy river pool, a clubhouse, green infrastructure, and other services.
